Guest BillikenReport Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 I heard the plan for Daniel Lisch is for him to redshirt this season and then he would likely transfer from SLU after one year, which would give him four years to play somewhere like Fontbonne. So Lisch gets one year of tuition at SLU to be a practice player and will then transfer. Quote
Quality Is Job 1 Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 So he won't get to share the court with his brother in official action, even in mop-up duty? Will he get to play against Harris-Stowe? I'm sure it would be neat for the Lisch family to see Daniel pass to Kevin for a three (in Billiken uniforms), even if just that once in a contest that doesn't count. Quote
Guest BillikenReport Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 If you redshirt as a freshman, you are still eligible to compete in preseason games. (At least that was the case.) So Daniel could play with Kevin then. Quote

I'm not sure why he would want to do this, unless he's wanting to get into coaching and thinks spending time with RM will help. There's also the possibility that he thinks his stature will rise by spending time at SLU and that will land him someplace better. Maybe he'll prove roy correct and become a lottery pick! Quote

kevinfootes Posted August 5, 2008 Posted August 5, 2008 Speaking of Roy, what happened to him? Too many donuts? I have seen many roy posts lately. He usually does a big "farewell to the board" post before he quits for a couple of days. I'm guessing he's on vacation. Quote

OC Posted August 5, 2008 Posted August 5, 2008 That was funny Nate, but I'm upset because I assumed the bedazzled link was going to lead me to all things Elizabeth Hurley. Quote
