It was reported Friday that three SLU players will be suspended from Saint Louis University and one player expelled due to findings from a Title IX investigation regarding events that happened in September. According to Scott Rosenblum – who represents the three alleged suspended players – one suspension is for 18 months and two others are for 24 months. According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, John Rogers – who represents the fourth player – stated that “Rosenblum has no 1st hand knowledge of what sanctions my client has received.” SLU reports that the Title IX process is not complete, and there can be an appeal process, which must be started by Wednesday. The appeal decision then must be made 10 “university business days” following the request. Rosenblum’s clients are considering appealing the decision along with other legal actions.
